
Rob Leachman is an author and educator currently focused on goal setting and leadership, the history of track and field, and adventure travel. A former teacher and coach, he retired as a school superintendent before completing a second career as a university administrator and instructor. He and his wife, Bev, have completed numerous trips that have both expanded their horizons and pushed their physical limits. These adventures have included a trek across the Grand Canyon, a 3,000-mile cross country bicycle tour from California to Florida, and a 500-mile hike across northern Spain on the Camino de Santiago. He is the author of One Ride at a Time: Life Lessons from a Cross-Country Bicycle Ride and the soon to be published The Long Walk to Compostela: Life Lessons Learned on the Camino de Santiago. Rob and Bev currently live in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois.
